My experience was absolutely amazing with Moonshot Performance. Beth went above and beyond as a trainer and pushed me to be the best I could be on the court. She was willing to slowly breakdown footwork when something didn’t come easily or quickly with me, and really helped developed my overall game. She believed in me when I at the times didn’t believe in myself and worked on every move until I got it down to the tee. I appreciate everything Beth has done for me and she has greatly impacted the player and person I am today.

I enjoyed every last bit of it. I was training with her for about 4-5 months to go overseas and possibly the WNBA. She believed in me and her workouts showed it. She was dedicated in making me the best. She is also a student herself when she trains to get better for you.

    Frequently asked questions

My primary focus when onboarding with a new student is making sure we are a great fit to work with eachother. Prior to our first session, I'll request video so I can begin to prepare. On the day of our first sessions, we'll go through a individualized evaluation to set a baseline for our future lessons.

I've been playing basketball since I was 5. I've been trained and coached by some of the brightest minds in the game. I competed in division 1 & division 2 college athletics & have been training the next generation of basketball players for the last 6 years.

My standard rate is 125/hour but price is negotiable based on location.

I started training my freshman year of college. I've trained 8 year old beginners to collegiate athletes chasing championships and MVP's.

Work with a coach who is invested in your child's growth as a human as much as an athlete! And make sure you choose a coach who is an excellent teacher. Anyone can put you through a workout, but it takes a professional to help you improve on translatable skills.

I think students should assess where they are, where they want to go, and how to attack the gap. Then find someone who can help you get there.
