TAP DANCE And CONDITIONING For Teens And Adults
About
I have been teaching tap dancing for 30 years. It is fun and easy to learn how to tap dance with my method. No complicated rhythm patterns! Videos and Written Tutorials accompany every lesson. Join our team of seasoned beginners, or take private lessons.
Conditioning exercises to improve your mobility and your dance performance are part of every lesson.
COME ON, LET'S DANCE!
I love having the opportunity to teach people (young and old) something new. I love knowing that I can pass on information about easier ways to self-condition and improve one's life style through Conditioning and Tap dance.
I have studied and performed as a dancer my entire life, and I have achieved degrees and Certifications to enhance my abilities as an instructor. Included are: Pilates Mat 1&2 from Balanced Body University, EBAS, Stephanie Herman and I am working on Zaicheck certification as well.
All of the above mentioned modules have contributed to the enhancement of my stability, flexability and my personal well-being. I am very passionate about sharing what I know with others.
