The most rewarding part about the work that I do, is seeing it actually work and watching people transform their bodies & health in ways that they never once thought possible of themselves. It's the same gift that transformed my life & health over 10 years ago with my own 130 lbs transformation, it helped me to reverse diabetes, high cholesterol & high blood pressure and dramatically improve my health and my quality of life. For the past 8+ years I'm honored and grateful to continue sharing this gift with others.
I love working with clients of all ages & fitness levels but particularly enjoy working with the 55+ age group, as well as, those who are serious about making a lasting change to their lifestyle. ππͺπΌπ

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Schedule an initial consultation appt via phone, internet, or in person to go over goals, health history, and perform any nessecary assesment testing to establish a proper training program which meets the clients goals and takes current & past injuries/limitations into consideration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) - Certified Personal Trainer
200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor
NESTA (National Exercise Strength Trainers Association) - Certified Personal Trainer
I also changed my entire life 10 years ago through funtional strength training and dietatry changes and managed to shed and keep off 130 pounds over the years. Since then I have helped numerous clients make outstanding impovments to their health & wellness. It is my true passion and I am honored to assist others on their health journey's! :-D

$65 per 1 hour single session or $60/session when 10 sessions are purchased at once.
