Assessment on proper stretching, body alingment, movement form, physical assessment, and core strengthening.

$45 50 minute semi-private session

$15 additional to travel to client

What types of students have you worked with?

Many of my students have been 30 - 65 years young. However I have instructed and trained as young as 11 and as beautified as 78. Each client is individual with his/her own needs and ailements we are working on. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ensure your coach/ instuctor is fully comprehensively certified. 

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
