The philosophy combined with the dashing trainer drove me to have self motivation rather than seeking it from other sources.

Jason listens. He modifies the workout just for you. He coaches from a premise of self-love and always reminds clients of what matters most. Also he sets up the workout so that the difficulty increases gradually in a way that you dont even realize what youve achieved until after youve done it.
