Dan is my 4th instructor I have had. I learned from all of them. They were all good, but I learned more from Dan than all the others combined. He is thorough on safety and also explains stuff with examples so you can relate. He really showed me how to use and handle my gun. He is very personable and makes the class very enjoyable. He has a great attitude and brings out the best in people. I plan on learning lots more from Dan. Ojia Stewart

I had very little experience with fire arms and wanted to gain some basics and knowledge after I got my CCW. What I liked most about Dan is that he listened to my concerns and guided me to build my own comfort level. There were no stupid questions! This made me feel as ease and relaxed, which calmed any nerves i had. Don't get me wrong, he will let you know firmly if he feels there is a safety issue. Because of this, I knew he believed in what he teaches and that I felt safe at all times. Top notch professional on every level from beginning to end. Best of all...Dan's a good teacher and person. Mr. Harrington was very patient with me. I appreciate his adament emphasis on safety and accountability for each round fired. Beyond that, Mr. Harrington helped improve my accuracy dramatically. I have gone through some training with Dan and gained some great knowledge and experience in just a short amount of time. Dan is very concerned with safety and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of firearms from the top to the bottom. In just a couple of sessions I was able to greatly improve my accuracy and knowledge all around. I come from a hunting background and I honestly thought that I was pretty knowledgeable but found that there was a lot still to learn. Dan is very patient and is able to observe and assess each person to help them gain the knowledge in the area’s they are lacking at all levels. Very pleased with the results after training with Dan and looking forward to future training with him.
