How did you get started teaching?
I have always been an athlete, but I didn't train outside of sports. I also didn't eat well on a broke college student income. I had my own personal transformation after College Sports ended in 2013.
My goal was to get a six-pack. It took 8 weeks to totally change my nutritional intake and take my personal physique to the next level. People in my network saw my quick results and I began being the Go-To guy for all things fitness.
During this time I also realized that I had a gift that people gravitated towards. Without purposely putting in the effort for the title, people continuously told me I have a special nak for Motivating & Inspiring others to want to be better. I still take these comments to heart to this day. This is what ultimately ignited me to choose this path in helping others BE BETTER. This is why I continue to do what I do and love every minute of the journey.
