How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching stretch and breathe at the age of sixteen for my mother’s dance studio and I was asked where I’d learned yoga. The connection of the breath with movement and the choreography of sequencing in a safe effective manner came naturally to me. My interest was piqued, and I began my studies.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types and levels of students. I teach a fun flow, a safe informative beginners series, but I also work with a lot of seniors, people with back issues as well as athletes.
