Ray is an amazing trainer. He takes the time to know whether or not you have injuries and how he can work around those to achieve personal goals. By taking the time to correct deficiencies in movements and help with mobility, my shoulder mobility has gotten better as well as my performance. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to either lose weight, gain strength, increase mobility, or whatever your personal goals are.
