I've been in the sports, fitness, and bodybuilding arena since 1975. I have obtained the status of Master Personal Trainer since 2007. I played 15 straight years of football without ever sustaining an injury. I contribute that to my original coaches and my ambition to stay injury free for a full season. I have played Quarterback, running back, receiver and defensive back, all skilled positions. I have been an assistant coach for Tierrasanta Cougars during the years my son played, we went to the regional

championships and placed second one year. Trust me when I say, I can help your athlete have a injury free career in the sport. My focus is the athletes bodies being able to make it through their careers injury free.

    Discuss their goals, and request injury status of any kind. Evaluate them at the first session for their overall strength and cardio endurance. I then design programs that fit their abilities to do work that will improve their life. We set a schedule then the process begins.
