What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When providing private instructions, I like to meet with students and understand their goals and what they have been doing. Then based upon my assessent, I customized the session if necessary. I do offer some standard classes like Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow and other classes. If you are creative, I can work with you to help perfect your personal program designed by you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and have taught hatha yoga, prenatal yoga, and other specialty programs.
