Restorative yoga is a gentle yoga practice where the body is gently and deeply stretched. The class or session concludes with guided relaxation. They are tailored to meet your personal, mind and body needs, taking you into deep relaxation that resets the entire nervous system. Restorative yoga can feel wonderfully healing. Stubborn areas of tightness or tension can be encouraged to let go. I will guide you through a practice that will help you achieve your goals. Overwhelmed individuals that live under constant stress, have trouble sleeping, are limited in their movement because of injury, or generally have loads of responsibility with almost no personal time. All private classes will be held in the comfort of your own home. It is not necessary to have the equipment. I will provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps and bolsters. The space required for this practice is minimum, or just enough to fit one or two mats. The class will provide you a learned technique for responding to ongoing stressors of daily life. You’ll experience a sensitive reduction on your physical and mental stress. Your physique and mind will be stimulated to a more restful and restorative sleep patterns. Your body will experience a sensitive increase in the ability to heal itself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to give a 20 mim demonstration class in a valeu of 20.00. This way the client and I can feel if we are a good fit to work together.
