I am passionate about utilizing our unique internal tools to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. My classes guide you in discovering ways to work self-care into your daily routine.
My Mindful Flow class combines elements of Vinyasa (stringing postures together in a flowing motion, linking the breath to movement) and Hatha (Physical postures with breathing techniques).
I am registered as a RYT-200, as well as holding further certification in combining yoga with plant medicine. I love working with beginners and yogis of all shapes, sizes, and abilities!

My work as a yoga teacher is my most valued gift to others. I am passionate about self-love, self-care, and overall nourishment, designed for the individual.
I have years of experience working with beginners, seniors, and students of all abilities. Each class is carefully crafted to the individual's needs. I utilize props and modifications to meet my students exactly where they are, building confidence and strength in their own practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When establishing a working relationship with a new student, it is essential that we first discuss mental and physical needs, including any safety concerns or long-term modifications needed. After this, we will connect on goals, previous experience, and comfortability in the setting at hand. All questions are answered and a schedule is set in place.
Once we begin our work as a team, all classes will be designed specifically for the student and the wants / needs at hand. We will revisit poses and concepts as they solidify within the student's mind, body, and spirit. We will explore and incorporate new poses at the student's own pace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified - 200 Hr Level: Vinyasa, Hatha, Philosophy, History, plus Meditation, Pranayama (Breathwork), and Yoga Nidra.
