About
I provide speech and drama classes, private coaching, and workshops to help people become more confident, engaging, and inspiring communicators and performers. I am based in beautiful, historic, and artistic San Mateo, CA.
I offer lessons for children, young adults, and adults. All skill levels and abilities are welcome. The core of classwork involves applying various speech and drama techniques to a practice text, usually some form of literature like plays, scripts, poems, fables, short stories, etc. In each class a new technique, skill, or topic of focus will be introduced and worked on.
Fun theatre and improvised games support the learning process by continually developing creativity, imagination, expressiveness and confidence.
