About
I have the pleasure to teach art classes in French to adults and kids at my studio in San Carlos.
Adults on Wednesday: 9am-12pm
Kids on Friday: 3:15-5:15pm
During class we paint and speak french, it's a great way to practice both skills in a relaxing environment.
I studied art history and taught in different schools of fine art in France before creating my own business. I'm also a painter and I love to play with all kind of techniques: acrylics, oils, watercolors, pastels, beeswax, linocut and I'm always happy to share this techniques with my students.
It makes me happy to share my passion, to teach but also to learn from my students.

How did you get started teaching?
It was my first job while I was still at the university, I enjoyed it so much I never stopped.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults, teens and kids.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I like to organize art shows for my students. During the first semester, we worked really hard on a paper mache architectural project. We displayed our "city of lights" at our Holidays open studios last December. 300 visitors came to the art center for this event, my students were so proud.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My art classes are in french. You don't have to speak french when you take my classes, I translate everything. But you might end up learning some french in the process.
