My theory on exercise is based on FUNCTIONAL fitness and LONGEVITY.
Functional movement patterns have a purpose that support your having independence throughout your daily life. Building strength, aligned posture, balance, and endurance are key elements in this equation.
I create a new program for each client at each session because adapting to change is key to better fitness. It helps to:
+build new muscles
+ break through a weight loss plateau
+prevent overuse injuries
+keep brains healthy
+ beat workout boredom
I use a variety of fitness formats to ensure results that include pilates, HIIT intervals, strength training with weights & bands, TRX, and bodyweight.
Helping, supporting, and promoting fitness & health can be a joy-filled vocation. Having a client thank me because they feel better in their bodies, in their minds and about themselves is a tremendous high!
