My name is Colleen and I specialize in helping people just like you get their bodies back into shape. I offer private, one-on-one, individualized personal training and diet planning services.

I have a wide variety of equipment and tools to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. I work specifically with adults aged 25 to 55 yrs old. Both male and female. I have 5 years and over 5000 hours of experience working with individuals of all different backgrounds and fitness levels. I have worked with many beginners, intermediate and advanced clients. I have also worked with many individuals with a variety of health challenges. As I mentioned, my services are completely individualized based on your specific goals, fitness level, limitations and time constraints.
