I have tons of equipment--what I like to call toys--years of experience, and fresh ideas for keeping your mind, as well as your body engaged!
I am happy to travel to your home with all these things, and look forward to making a customized routine--something I will give you as a personal reference point each and every time we meet. Keeping track of your workout, and knowing just how to execute it will be a snap with these tools in hand.
Being of benefit--emphasis on F-I-T--to my clients, who are just as much friends as they are customers. Seeing the changes that a good fitness regimen can help their bodies undergo.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll discuss what the client wants to achieve, why, and if there is a deadline--such as a reunion, an athletic competition, or other event spurring the fitness goal--when results need to be in place. If there are any fitness challenges the client faces--such as injuries or physical limitations--we'll talk about that in depth, too.
Then, I'll perform a dynamic fitness test to ascertain: flexibility, mobility, balance, cardio endurance, and muscular strength.
We'll talk about favorite activites, and determine the modalities of exercise the client would be most likely to stick with. . .and then I will create a one-of-a-kind fitness regimen to implement going forward.
Naturally we will meet as many times as necessary to ensure the client has developed both muscle memory, and proper technique--and each and every time, I will bring something different to the session, while reviewing that which we've already practiced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal fitness trainer through NASM since 2015, as well as a certified Group X instructor through Fitour since 2017. I am a lifelong athlete, enjoying sports ranging from long distance running, to deep ocean swimming.

Price per session is 40.-, I offer package deals, also, and depending on the package purchased, pro-rate the cost--passing on a substantial savings to those that prefer to buy in bulk.
