About
I have a B.A. in Music Education and have been playing flute for 13 years. I have studied under multiple flute instructors, played in Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Symphonic and Marching band. I mostly work with beginning flute students but am willing to work with experienced students as well.
Lessons are based on the student's needs and what they are interested in learning. Students are encouraged to keep a 'daily practice journal' in which they actively write the feedback they receive and implement through practice. This also keeps track of progress in lessons.
I am very passionate about music and am willing to work with students at any level. I am also very patient and encouraging. Students can work at whatever pace they are comfortable with, and I will do my best to help you with your own musical journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Lessons are based on the student's needs. Students are recommended to keep a 'practice journal' where they record their progress based on their practice schedule. Notes from the instructor should be taken on this journal so that progress is made every lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Music Education and have worked with Elementary and High School students.

Flute Lessons for Intermediate Students:
$30 for 30 min.
