Our voice teachers teach the Vocal Power Method, a recognized Method by the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
We are a network of Vocal Power Trainers throughout the Los Angeles area, with locations in Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas and Chicago. All credentials may be seen on our website. www.vocalpoweracademy.com
We love to see the progress from lesson to lesson and watch the growth and the ability of our students to do whatever they want to do with their voice and ultimately realize their dreams.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with the basic skills and proceed through more advanced techniques. We begin with breathing, support, then Power and Projection, the vibrato control. We work with the head voice, chest voice and the mix. We work on songs and presentation and preparation for auditions and shows. We prepare students auditions and applications colleges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elisabeth Howard has Juilliard degrees in voice.Each teachers has their own degree in music from various colleges.

How did you get started teaching?
I taught voice and piano in my mothers neighborhood dance and music school in New York.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask for credentials and ask what their students have accomplished.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A student should be clear on his or her goals. Ask if the teacher works with breath and support, vibrato control, clear tones, head voice, chest voice, the mix and songs.
