Hi everyone! So glad you found my profile in your search for a Spanish teacher and a Yoga instructor. I can help you with both! I been teaching private and groups. Always customize my classes to fit the client needs and preferences, so it's important to exchange some of each other's background before we set a class.

I always loved learning languages and about other cultures since I was a kid, so ever since I moved to the US 25 years ago, I went into translation and teaching. Languages open doors and opportunities and I'd love to help you discover this for yourself too!

I found yoga at a young age in this country! I feel in love with it immediately and been practicing for over 20 years. I have two yoga teacher certificates approved by the Yoga Alliance. One for vinyasa yoga and one for ying yoga, the combination of both specialties allows me to provide a practice that helps people obtain many benefits such as relaxation, tension release, muscle toning, blood circulation and oxygenation AND all the benefits of the ying practice that focuses on the meridians that help our organs work smoothly. I'm excited to share it all with you!
