My introduction to Yoga was very hard in the beginning because I thought my weight would hold me back. But after taking Yoga to the next level with extensive training at The Bhakti Center and Stanton street Yoga.I've realized that I almost allowed my negative thoughts to take over. Once I placed my efforts in doing Yoga every day. I learned that Yoga was not about how much I weigh. It was realizing that I am not this body! Positive thinking can help us conquer our worst fears.
I believe Yoga is the best practice to do . So I decided to teach and to help others with the same fears I had or just help relieve any kind of stress in our lives. Yoga is about breathing, so once we see that the anxiety we place on ourselves is because we forget to breath while under pressure. Its great to know that there is a practice that can give us the time to think more clearly and most importantly relax ! I enjoy it and am glad that Im able to teach and help guide those in need of service.
