I am yoga practitioner for more than 10 years . I got certificates with Yoga works system in California. Also graduated yoga classes at SAnta Monica collage. I have master degree in kinesiology which means I am very familiar with the human body and how it works which is essentially important for preventing or helping healing injuries.
p.s I have background in dancing and competing in ballroom style as well . Many awards in the field .
i love working with people and helping them in transformations in their body and mind . I am willing and happy to share my experience and knowledge in kinesiolgy and yoga . Love my job♥️🙏

First I am asking questions what the students goals are and what level of training student has. After that we create a program for working .

I have compleated 200 hours yoga teacher training with yoga works sistem in California .i have a Master degree in kinesiology. And I have compleated yoga classes in Santa Monica collage . I have been doing ballroom and competeing for 5 years as well. I am practicing yoga for more than 10 years. I started teaching one year and a half ago.

yes, I do discounts for package of 10lesson and more discaunted for 20 lessons .

it’s important to find experience and knowledgeable teacher because the student will improve faster and also it is important to prevent injuries .

what their goals are ? What they want to achieve ? Ask some questions about food related diets to contribute their physical form .
