Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a free, no obligation introductory session. We have our clients complete a health history form, answering questions regarding their goals, any injuries we should be aware of and we answer any questions they have about our exercise program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers must complete an intensive 6 month certification program, including hands on training with actual clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our exercise program is on a month to month basis. No intiation fees or long term commitments. Our once a week 30 minute program is $40 per one-on-one personal training session and there is a $40 monthly membership fee. On average it is a total of $200 a month for full time personal training.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our program is extremely effective and also very safe, allowing our clientele to range from 16 years old to 96 years old!!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When it comes to exercise, it is very important to choose a program that you can realistically commit to. Most of us know we need to be strength training for our health, but we also have busy schedules to work around. Make sure you know the difference bewteen quantity of workouts versus quality. You don't need to be working out all the time in order to reap the benefits.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you ready to commit to a stronger, healthier version of yourself? In order to feel better in your body, you must be ready to show up physically and mentally.
