What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first start with a wellness consultation over the phone to make sure we align with the new client. If everything works out we start with an introductory package of three sessions. During the first session we fill out intake forms and talk about goals, restrictions and put together a fitness plan. This session includes physical assessments and a light workout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years years as a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer presenting multiple formats and training clients internationally. I am currently the Fitness Director at Coaches' Corner in Sebastopol and am certified through the American Counsel on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as Pilates, Zumba and Les Mills. From being a member of a competitive dance team in Asia to a presenter for PiYo and a W.I.T.S National Personal Trainer Educator at Sonoma State University, I bring my clients an extensive background in TRX, dance, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, kickboxing, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and physical therapy.

Package Pricing at my studio in Santa Rosa:
Introductory Package: 3 sessions for $189
Single Session: $150
During our introductory package we determine the appropriate membership for you based on your goals, number of sessions per week, etc.
