My name is Valentina and I am from Italy. I have been playing tennis my whole life, made it to a pretty good level and came to USA at the age of 18 to play for a D1. I am now done with school and I coach tennis to people of all ages. I am mostly specialized with kids and teenagers but I run adult classes as well and one-on-ones. My work ethic is to make sure my clients/players improve their games while also having fun. Whether teaching Italian or coaching tennis, I take my job very seriously by not wasting time and making sure my client's goals are achieved.
Playing tennis is and has been my passion since I was a kid, I learnt a lot from my experience both in the United States and in Europe, and I love sharing my knowledge with my clients. I deeply enjoy coaching kids and teenagers, but I coach adults as well. Tennis is my passion and coaching my career.
I am also studying to become a teacher, and Italian is my first language so I am very driven and passionate about teaching in general.

I usually use my first one/two lessons to figure out where the student is at and develop plan from there. After that, I work with the student personally to improve their skills every time we meet. I'm very flexible in personalizing each plan because I understand each of my client is different and may require a different process.
I am from Italy and I lived there for the first 18 years if my life. I have been playing tennis since I was 6 years old and made it to a variety of international tournaments as a junior. I came to USA in 2016 and I played for a D1 for two years before moving to San Diego, where I graduated in Leadership and Justice. I enjoyed learning about leadership a lot and I'm now using this skills to earn a teaching credential program while coaching tennis and hopefully one day teach middle/high school.
