The Lowe Riders Riding Academy is the best riding lesson program in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles areas for children, teens and adults who would like to experience the various styles of riding. Most riding lesson programs only offer one style of riding, but our Riding Academy offers lessons in western, hunt seat, saddle seat, equitation, side-saddle and even driving.

The Academy instructors are all accomplished equestrians who possess the special gift of teaching riders at any level of experience. Located just north of Santa Barbara, the 70 acre equestrian paradise is has breathtaking views of neighboring hills and mountains.

Private Horse Riding Lessons for Children

One-on-one time with an instructor is a great way to focus on specific needs and goals, whether it be for personalized attention, extra practice, or working on more advanced and technical aspects of riding or preparation for the show ring. All levels of experience. Ages 6+

Private Horse Riding Lessons for Adults

Escape from your kids, a chaotic schedule, a demanding job or all of the above. Learn to ride or advance your skills as an already established equestrian. A guaranteed detox from daily stresses. Lessons can be scheduled early mornings, evenings or on your lunch break.
