I am the director of a guitar program and a major private university and have several degrees in the education of guitar technique and music theory. If you are serious about becoming a quality guitarist and musician and are willing to work hard, I can assist you in attaining your goals. I have over 35 years of teaching experience on the university level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once a week for an hour one on one lesson on Saturday.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 20 units toward a DMA with an earned B.M. and M.M degree in music.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate at the time of this posting is $60.00 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a high school student working in a local music store. I loved teaching so I subsequently went on to major in music and have earned both undergraduate, graduate and post graduate degrees.
What types of students have you worked with?
Usually college age or older but I will take younger students if they are willing to work hard to become quality guitarists.

Be sure you want to be educated and not entertained.

Try to explain your goals and your willingness to achieve them. What type of work ethic do you possess.
