About
I've been a trainer for 11 years and have been an exercise physiology student since I was 13. The reason this is significant is because I have had dozens of different clientele.
I specialize in fat loss, weight loss, weight gain, functional/crossfit style training, bodybuilding, sports specific, pre/post op, pre/post natal, corrective exercise, etc. If it's listed, that means i've had success with that niche of training. I love clients who come to me with a challenge.
Each program and each workout is specifically designed for you and your goals. On top of that, I assist each client with their diet and nutritional needs.
I also do not believe in the typical 60 or 30 min workouts. Your workout is as long as I program it to be. Some days, it'll take you 25 minutes. Some days maybe 45. Some days a full hour. It's all in the programming.
I could be cliche and say i love to see client's success, but that should be obvious! I love programming and coming up with workouts that my clients end up loving. Part of being successful is enjoying the process.
