I hold the vision of optimal health, conscious eating, proper exercise, and mental balance, for all those seeking to transform their lives. Having served for over 22 years as a health coach, a personal trainer, and a workplace wellness facilitator I have the experience and the knowledge to support your vision. I have opened a world-renowned health club, worked at exercise and nutrition clinics, have been active in national research studies, make presentations on well-being in my community, implement worksite health programs and work one to one. I received my B.A. from UCLA, am a graduate of Coach University, hold certifications from the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach; the American College of Sports Medicine as Certified Exercise Physiologist; and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I also hold a masters in Negotiations, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Student would call me at 310 378-5610. The process depends on the desire of the student. If they want coaching, coaching is via telephone. If the student is looking to learn about fitness that is in person at the beach, or in the students home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified trainer and health coach.
I hold a coaching certification from the International Coach Federation (ACC), and personal training certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (CEP), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).

No standard. Pricing depends on student needs and location.
How did you get started teaching?
My passion is fitness and health. I opened the first American fitness center in Russia in 1991 and have never stopped being involved in health and fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with high schoolers wanting weight loss to 80 year olds wanting strength. I have been in the fitness business for over 22 years, not much I have not heard or seen.

Pick a knowledgeable experienced coach.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What certifications in personal training or coaching do you hold? How many years have you been in business? Can I read testimonials of your work? What do you charge per session or package?
