Empowering others to go for it! "It" can be better eating habits, weight loss, getting lean, to correcting some movement that has limited you progressing to the next level or simpley to having a better quality of movement at work/home life.
I enjoy coaching and been told my many that i am easy going, compassionate, fun, dry humor, love animals and nature. I take those and mix it with a balanced life that has a blend of doing what I love and love what I am doing, be it work or play.
I have over 20 year in the health and wellness field that range from boot camp instructor, occupational therapy modalities, nutrition habits, life coaching, etc...
I enjoy the reveal of one's power to achieve their health and fitness and that is just the beginning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Complete an online intake and schedule and online or in person appt. and go thru an assessment, if fitness is part of their goal. Big focus is to discuss their goals. Then create the best avenue for clients desired goal(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Nutrition habit based coaching, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Functional Movement Screen Specialist, Degree in Occupational Therapy, Group Fitness instructor for 14 years.

minimum offer would be just online nutrition habit coaching most poplular is the $150/month with monthly phone coaching calls and weekly email coaching as client needs.
How did you get started teaching?
I taught fitness/wellness outdoors for 14 years.
My love of nature, people, fitness and life kept it going.
