About
I teach One on One Private Yoga, On Zoom. I teach Gentle, Flow, Chair, Pre and Post Natal, special injuries, chronic illnesses, trauma-informed, restorative and I'm always learning new techniques and modalities. Together will customize your Yoga practice to fulfill your individual needs. Donation-based, adaptable, and sustainable for ALL body types and seasons of life.
I love the heart-to-heart connection that is established with my students. I also love empowering people and helping them find their own inner healer and light. I love how Yoga is therapeutic in nature and enriches lives. I have practiced Yoga for over 10 years and love the way I feel in my body after I have completed a practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get an initial intake about the students' current state, goals, wants, and needs. The First meeting is mostly talking. A get to know you, and you get to know me, type of meeting. We will then create a plan and schedule for your practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RYT 500 from Be The Change Wellness in Irvine, Ca. I have been teaching One on One for a little over two years. I am currently working towards an AA degree in Kinesiology at Irvine Valley College.
