What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All new clients receive a Fitness Diagnostic Assessment to determine their current fitness level and consultation on reaching their individual goals. After the assessment we will recommend a session plan for you. All session plans are 30 days so you have no long term commitments and it allows you to adjust your plan monthly.
