Not only have I been a professional photographer for the past 8 years, but I've been dabbling in some form of teaching for just as long! I've been an educational writer for photography of all types and levels, and 2019 marked my launch into one-on-one photography mentorships. I tailor each lesson to the student's needs so no two lessons are the same!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a full-time photographer for 8 years, but have been photographing since high school! My formal education is in architecture, but I’ve taken many photo courses and workshops through my photo career thus far. I’m always learning and striving to grow as an artist and professional!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask for a portfolio of their work, talk on the phone to just see if you hit it off with them, and ask as many questions as you can! If you find someone who feels like a great fit, ask about bundle rates for multiple lessons.
