DBS Training

I am 42 and I have been training clients for the past 23 years. I work with high level professional athletes, as well as youth level athletes just staring out...and everyone in between lol. All of my clients get the same, fully invested attention during their sessions. I also work as a life coach, assisting my clients in health, and mental wellness when needed. The attention to detail, focus on fundamentals, and personal feedback that you get from me will be second to none!

I enjoy seeing the players that I work with grow during, and after each session. I explain things in so we know specifically what each drill is trying to accomplish. I also give "homework" so that my athletes have things to work on between sessions. I love to teach, and the ultimate success is hearing about the results of our sessions from my clients.
