Ben Watson is a friendly and outgoing music/saxophone teacher with 10 years of saxophone and Jazz experience. Graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Music, he knows what it takes to become a top level musician. He was a core member in the top Jazz Combo at SDSU, a member of LAUSD's All City Jazz Band, and even played the Los Angeles Playboy Jazz Festival.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's important right away that we feel comfortable around each other and get a good game plan! Understanding what level you are will unlock how we move forward with the content of each lesson. I will start with general questions about your musical experience as well as what your goals are from these lessons.
Each student of mine has a tailored curriculum to maximize our productivity while also having fun!
