Being good at yoga means different things to every different person. We are all unique in our own ways and that’s what I emphasize. We all work with what we have, and with who we are. Let’s find your peace in your own right way.
I've been teaching for two years, but have been practicing for over 10 years now. I’ve learned many new ways of discovering and opening our true inner selves and I want to help others on their journey too.
200 hour RYT. Trained in zen body therapy massage. Trained in mediation techniques. Trained in breathing techniques.
I love showing up on the mat daily. Every day is a new challenge, but once I'm done with my practice, I come out with a new sense of energy and life. I want to give back and help others feel as I do with my practice. It's important to note that it is a practice, which is why we do it every day. The ultimate goal is to incorporate the feeling on the mat into our daily lives. Some days it's easier said than done, but ultimately it's the effort that makes it all worth it. I want to share my passion and love for yoga with anyone who is ready to commit. :)
