I own a very personable business, where I take the progress and needs of each student personally.

I offer fitness classes as well as a RBD - Reality Based Defense training class.

I have owned my school for almost 10 years now. Teaching kids as young as 4, and as old as 78.

Serving people to make them healthier and more confident than they were when they first walked into my school.
