About
My passion for health and fitness has always been a driving force behind why I became a personal trainer. However, the longer I have been in the industry I have started to realize that the greatest gift that I can give to my clients is ownership of their own happiness. Not just in health and fitness, but in every aspect of their life. It is my mission to continue to educate both myself and my clients in every aspect necessary to eliciting life changing results for those I care for. I have been in the Fitness Industry since 2008 and have serviced over 30.000 sessions and counting.Certifications B.S. from Colorado Mesa University Exercise Science and Kinesiology The Amazing 12 Certified Instructor (RKC) U.S.A. Next we will go over your specific goals and introduce you to what we offer in addition to allowing you to explore out app that will give you access to all your programing, diets, and measurments. We will finish your first session with a Funtional Movement Screen (FMS) that will give you insight into any restrictions you may have as well as your current readiness for exercise. In addition to FMS we offer a complimentary/ optional body fat analysis using our Inbody Scanner. There is no sales pitch as we will send you pricing and options before you come in for your session so that you have an idea of if what we offer will work with your budget.

How did you get started teaching?
I began my career after college in Physical Therapy but soon realized that my passion was not only helping clients rehabilitate but also helping them to train in a way that would prevent those injuries from happening in addition to mazimizing human performance and achieving aesthetic goals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It is worth paying extra for education, experience, and proven results. Unfortunatly fitness is an industry with one of the easiest entry requirements and very few trainers that view training as their career.
