I am from Atlanta, Georgia where I worked as an Athletic Director for the School System and the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta for over 20 years. I was a coach, mentor, guidance counselor, personal trainer and teacher for 15 plus years.

I love to see the development progress of students and young adults on and off the court or field. Being a leader and athletic director to the students is a very big part of my progress as well as helping me understand each athlete’s individual skill set to development their craft. This will help students rise above average and meet their goals and move to the next level of greatness.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give you part of my journey. It will help encourage and assist each student with the knowledge of development goals.

I don’t know of any other profession or career that sets the stage so well for developing excellence in your own life. As I’ve helped clients attain success in personal development and physical attributes, it has prompted me to look for more success in those areas myself. I have travel to a variety of countries, states and cities to coach , train skill sets and exercise a healthy habits for all athletes and individuals searching for a healthy lifestyle and of course elevate there athletic skills to the next level

    Frequently asked questions

    My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30-minute conversation prior to the session workout.

    I offer this complimentary 15 session to every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit.

    This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If you do not want to continue after the 30-minute session, we can cancel the scheduled hour. 

    My education and training consist of 20+ years of coaching and training in athletic skill set drills of Basketball, Football and soccer.

    Pricing is $50 per session (1-2 hours). 

    Ages 6 years up to college students.
