How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a sophmore in highschool. I had taken yoga for the 2 years previous and had gotten good enough my teacher felt comfortable letting me take over from time to time. By my senior year i had become her teacher aid and was teaching or helping her teach 2 classes a day. Since then i've always just loved yoga, it leaves you feeling refreshed and accomplished. Plus it's kinda great for your body!
What types of students have you worked with?
All types.
