We also offer cardio and weight loss training boxer Style. No need to shop around for equipment and waiting for it to be shipped in, we sell equipment at the gym. Our very own product Chin Check Boxing Equipment and Apparel. We are centrally located off I-70 and Holly. We are christian-based.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Determine if they want to compete or not. Teaching them the fundamentals of boxing. While getting a good cardio workout. The side effects are instilled, discipline, self-respect, self confidence, hard work ethics, self defense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are registered with USA boxing all coach must pass a federal background check. I am a certified Corner man, referee and judge with USA Boxing. We enter tournaments such as Colorado Golden Gloves. Colorado Junior Golden Gloves. Ect.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$60 a month.
one-time $40 enrollment fee
one-time $70 equipment purchase includes hand wraps, boxing gloves mouthpiece and pulll string backpack.

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with amateurs in the beginner level as young as 4 years old and as old as 60 years old. I have handle Pro boxers from their debut all the way into title fights.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher who has a lot of passion in the sport they are teaching. Listen to how they talk about the sport they are teaching.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The level of accomplishment they want to achieve.
