We are a small, intimate yoga studio providing for a more personal yoga experience. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes including: Align & Flow, Easy Flow, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Prenatal, Vinyasa and Yin. Come enjoy the convenience of a downtown Golden yoga studio without the hassles of downtown Golden parking.
The Yoga Studio entrance is in the back, down the stairs.
We love being able to impact peoples lives in a positive way. We love helping them to learn to destress, live life in a more full way and get physically stronger in the process

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We do have a little paperwork for you before your first class (which is only $5 by the way - or you can enjoy your entire first month of yoga for $30!), so please arrive a few minutes early to take care of those details. We do provide mats, and any yoga props you might need for class.
