I have been a student if Yoga for over 10 years, and finally decided to take the leap into teaching others as well. I’m passionate about helping people find their center, a place of calm, while strengthen the mind and body. Yoga is amazing in that classes can be designed based on your emotion, experience level, and desired outcome. I not only teach private Yoga sessions, but I also teach business and private event Yoga. As well as excursion Yoga, where we tailor a hike, picnic, and a Yoga class to fit your ideal day and number of people. I specialize in teaching outside and finding creative ways to do so. I am a Registered 200 hr Yoga Instructor, and I studied Yoga at Shoshoni Ashram in Nederland, Colorado. I look forward to helping you on your journey!
