We have over 50 years of combined knowledge in self defense, martial arts, fitness, and military science.
We offer group and private lessons for kids and adults.
I love teaching the philosophy and scientific applications to martial arts.
My goal is to help anyone interested in succeeding in life reach for new heights and teach them insight only gained from martial arts.
I have been teaching martial arts to youth and young adults for more than 20 years.
