About
Sylvan Hill Equine has a focus on teaching kids the importance of riding the right way, we focus on our students individual needs and wants in their career, wether our students want to show and be on competitive teams, or if they just want to ride for enjoyment, we will meet each individuals needs and wants. We focus on the care of the horse, and the importance behind what we do and why we do it.
I am very passionate about teaching, the thing I enjoy most is watching the kids I teach become passionate and successful, I enjoy watching them show and work hard to reach their goals as a rider.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically, we talk to the student, engage in a conversation, figure out what the students experience and goals are in riding, then we chose what horse would suit them best, and teach a lesson based on the individuals level of experience, level of anxiety when riding, and something to start them off into meeting their goals as an equestrian.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience working with horses for 10 years, and some equine studies programs

I charge 0.50 cents a mile to travel, plus $35 for the lesson if I'm going to you, and $35 if you are just coming to me
