About
I am a 500 Hour RYT with a passion for helping my students elevate their lives through health and wellness. I like to meet the individual where they are and guide them on a path to self discovery including meditation, yoga asana, and mindfulness coaching. Each program is individualized for the student and their needs. No yoga experience necessary!

How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with yoga when I needed an outlet from the stress of being an ER nurse. I wanted to learn more and go deeper so I decided to go on an immersive 10 day yoga training where I recieved my 200 hour RYT. I then followed my heart to Maui this spring where I finished an additional 300 hour training and become fully certified as a 500 hour RYT. Its now my dream to work one on one with clients in order to incorporate all my earned knowledge into a total health and wellness package.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of practice. I tailor each private practice to each individual student meeting them exactly where they are.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently teamed up with a wellness event called Bloom. We did a community outreach event that consisted of hand made vendors and health & wellness classes. I had the pleasure of having a booth where I sold handmade macrame and mala beads & I taught a mala meditation class that introduced some simple techniques and practices to make meditation more accessible to practitioners of all levels of experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open minded :) Yoga is a beautiful journey to embark on with yourself. Your teacher will guide you on a path of information that will make you view life in an entirely new light.
