We provide a full body 60 minute kickboxing class that will help anyone burn calories, gain strength and create better muscle definition.
We LOVE to help people achieve their fitness goals!! We are all about having agreat workout but also making sure it's FUN!!!! We encourage and help push our members towards their goals and take great satisfaction when our members achieve. We also recognize that every so often we slip on this journey so we maintain contact with all members to help them with any obstacles.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We schedule our new friends in groups of two and have an Instructor with these new friends during the initail class so everything the main Instructor is teaching will make sense.

We work with everyone from a first time, never before kickboxers to people who are very experienced. We take pride in helping everyone with form and technique so they can achieve the best results.

We have a DJ night every month that our members really enjoy and we celebrate the achievements of all our members.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take your time, stick with it. Fitness is not a once and done experience. Whether a person is looking to lose weight, gain strength or muscle tone, we know our program works!!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have a clear understanding of the goals and how much time it will take to achieve those targets. We encourage everyone to workout two to three times each week as we know that's the best way to help achieve those goals!
