What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin with a complimentary 15 minute phone discussion to get to know the client’s objectives and health history. The first session is devoted to doing a complete health history and musculoskeletal assessment. The client then receives a comprehensive wellness and fitness prescription and can schedule future sessions to achieve those goals.
