I bring the highest level of compassion, energy and enthusiasm to training clients. I can always find a way to relate to clients, and deliver a program developed specifically for them, and their training needs. I incorporate functional movement patterns that are relative to everyday life, and look to combat the effects of our sedimentary work environment. I enjoy helping people build confidence, and working with people who are recently adding exercise into their lifestyle.
I love watching individuals transform; gaining self confidence, becoming motivated to achieve their set goals, and embracing their inner strength. It makes me happy, and brings meaning to the importance of personal training when I see clients believe in their abilities, and that everyone (despite where one is at now) can live a healthy lifestyle.
